As for the new characters, Zee is a very strong and interesting female character while Orson is a pretty decent villain. Speaking of which, Crash and Eddie finally have their own arc and some character development, actually being reverted to their old personalities from the second and third films. Buck is once again likeable and well characterizied which gives him back his charm, differently than Collision Course where he was just a one-dimensional comic relief character.Decent animation, despite the downgrade in its quality.
